A BI.ZONE certificate confirms the level of proficiency with a BI.ZONE product. BI.ZONE itself conducts the competency check (exam) and issues the certificate.
Certification levels
The four levels differ in how deeply the participant works with the product.
BSC · Sales Consultant
Sales managers and account managers.
Confirms product positioning, the tasks it solves, use cases and pilot project preparation.
BCE · Certified Engineer
Technical specialists who run presales and deployment.
Confirms demonstration, deployment in a standard configuration, basic setup and diagnostics.
BCA · Certified Architect
Experts in complex deployments and support.
Confirms work with complex configurations, integrations with other systems and non-standard operation tasks.
BCS · Certified Specialist (user)
Specialists who operate the product: SOC analysts and administrators.
Confirms confident work in a ready system and practice of typical working scenarios.
Growth route
The BSC, BCE, BCA route goes by depth of work with the product: from sales to complex deployments and integrations.
BCA is available to a specialist with a valid BCE certificate for the same product. BCS is a separate track for product users on the customer side.
How certification works
1. Preparation
The participant works through the materials on the portal. Approximate times: sales about two weeks, engineer about a month.
2. Competency check (exam)
A test or a lab assignment with a trainer, depending on the level.
3. Certificate
BI.ZONE issues an electronic BI.ZONE certificate.
Validity and renewal
The certificate is valid for one year. Certificate renewal goes through a repeated competency check (exam) on the current product version.
