BI.ZONE Mail Security Training and Certification

BI.ZONE Mail Security training and certification is a program for sales managers and technical specialists who work with corporate email protection. It covers the BSC level for sales and pre-sales and the BCE level for deployment engineers, preparing them for product positioning, running pilot projects, and independent deployment, with an electronic BI.ZONE certificate issued at the end of each level.

BI.ZONE Mail Security protects corporate email from phishing, BEC attacks, and malicious attachments. Product training provides a structured path from sales to operation: sales staff learn to position the product and run a pilot, while engineers learn to deploy and configure it on the customer's infrastructure.

Each training level corresponds to a separate course with its own curriculum and format: BSC runs entirely online — text, video, and simulated client conversations — while BCE combines theory with hands-on practice on an isolated cloud stand with the deployed product. The BCA level for complex deployments and the BCS level for SOC analysts launch in autumn 2026.
