BI.ZONE ZTNA Training and Certification
BI.ZONE ZTNA training and certification is a program for specialists who work with the secure remote access solution built on the Zero Trust principle. The BSC level for sales and pre-sales managers is currently available: product positioning, use cases, and pilot preparation. Upon completion, a specialist confirms their competencies and receives an electronic BI.ZONE certificate.
BI.ZONE ZTNA training gives a systematic understanding of the product: how the Zero Trust principle replaces the perimeter access model, which remote access and segmentation tasks the product covers, and how it differs from a classic VPN. This removes the need to figure the product out on the fly, in the middle of real deals or projects.
Training is structured by level: from positioning and pre-sales to subsequent technical deployment as the program develops. Each level ends with a competency check and is confirmed by a separate BI.ZONE certificate — so partners and customers can see exactly which level of expertise a given specialist has confirmed.

BI.ZONE certification
Upon completion of the competency check, BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate — valid for one year, after which it can be renewed. The check and the certificate are issued only by BI.ZONE: for the BSC level it is a test, and for later technical levels a lab exercise with a trainer is planned. The program keeps expanding: the engineering level BCE and the user level BCS launch in autumn 2026; a BCA (architect) level is not planned for this product.
