Working with BI.ZONE ZTNA is a BCS (Certified Specialist) level course for SOC analysts, administrators, and other specialists who operate BI.ZONE ZTNA on the customer side. The course is in development, launching fall 2026. It's built around scenario-based labs: practicing common operational workflows with the product without installing or deploying it. This format is designed to quickly prepare product users for confident, independent work in an already-configured system.

What's in the program
- Interface and basic operations. An introduction to the BI.ZONE ZTNA user workspace and common tasks.
- Scenario-based labs. Practicing real operational situations in an already-deployed and configured system — no product installation required.
- Diagnosing common situations. Reviewing frequent questions and unusual situations that come up in day-to-day work.
- Working with adjacent teams. How a product user coordinates with deployment engineers and the support team.
What you'll be able to do after the course
- Work confidently in BI.ZONE ZTNA for everyday operational tasks.
- Work through common operational scenarios hands-on, without risk to production infrastructure.
- Reach out for support at the right address and with the right context in unusual situations.
Scenario-based labs
The course's hands-on component is scenario-based labs: an isolated environment with BI.ZONE ZTNA already deployed and configured, where you practice common operational scenarios. Unlike engineering courses, there's no need to install and configure the product from scratch — the focus is on confidently operating an already-running system.
BCS certification
The course prepares you for BCS (Certified Specialist) level competency verification. On completion, BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate valid for one year, renewable afterward.
