Working with BI.ZONE Mail Security

Scenario-based labs for SOC analysts and administrators — no product installation required. Launching fall 2026

"Working with BI.ZONE Mail Security" — a course at the BCS (Certified Specialist) level for SOC analysts, administrators, and other specialists who operate BI.ZONE Mail Security on the customer side. The course is launching in fall 2026. It's built around scenario-based labs: practicing everyday operational scenarios with the product without installing or deploying it. This format is designed to quickly prepare product users for confident, independent work in an already deployed system.

Who the course is for

  • SOC analysts and administrators who operate BI.ZONE Mail Security on the customer side.
  • Technical support specialists responsible for day-to-day work with the product.
  • Anyone who needs to quickly master everyday operational scenarios without deploying the product.

What's in the program

  1. Interface and basic operations. An introduction to the BI.ZONE Mail Security user workspace and everyday tasks.
  2. Scenario-based labs. Practicing real-world operational situations in an already deployed and configured system — no product installation required.
  3. Diagnosing common situations. Working through frequent questions and non-standard situations from day-to-day operation.
  4. Working with adjacent teams. How the product's users collaborate with implementation engineers and support.

What you'll be able to do after the course

  • Confidently work in BI.ZONE Mail Security for everyday operational tasks.
  • Work through common operational scenarios hands-on, with no risk to production infrastructure.
  • Reach out for support with the right context and to the right address in non-standard situations.

Scenario-based labs

The course's hands-on component is scenario-based labs: an isolated environment with BI.ZONE Mail Security already deployed and configured, where you practice everyday operational scenarios. Unlike engineering courses, there's no need to install and configure the product from scratch — the focus is on confidently operating an already-deployed system.

BCS certification

The course prepares you for the BCS (Certified Specialist) competency assessment. On completion, BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate valid for one year, renewable afterward.
