"Architecting and Deploying BI.ZONE EDR" is a technical course at the BCA (Certified Architect) level for architects and lead deployment engineers. In about 64 hours, you'll master designing BI.ZONE EDR architecture, deploying it in distributed and high-load configurations, integrating it with customer infrastructure, and supporting it in production. All hands-on work happens on an isolated cloud lab with the product already deployed — no local installation needed, just a browser.
Who this course is for
- Architects deploying BI.ZONE EDR in complex, distributed infrastructures.
- Lead engineers responsible for integrations, fault tolerance, and ongoing support.
- Specialists at BI.ZONE partners and on customer teams preparing for BCA-level certification.
This course assumes you already know the product: a current BCE certificate for BI.ZONE EDR is recommended.
Course program
- BI.ZONE EDR architecture. Product components, the server side and agents, data flows, and resource requirements.
- Deployment design. Choosing an architecture to fit the customer's requirements and constraints, planning roles and segments.
- Deployment in complex configurations. Distributed and high-load installations, fault tolerance, and scaling.
- Integrations. Connecting BI.ZONE EDR to adjacent infrastructure systems and SOC processes.
- Operations and support. Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the product in real-world operation.
What you'll be able to do after the course
- Design a BI.ZONE EDR deployment architecture for a specific infrastructure.
- Deploy the product in distributed and high-load configurations.
- Configure integrations, fault tolerance, and scaling.
- Troubleshoot and optimize operations.
Lab environment
Hands-on work takes place in a personal cloud lab with BI.ZONE EDR already deployed: a management server and protected endpoints running Windows and Linux. The lab is isolated, opens over secure access, and runs in a browser — no local setup required.
BCA certification
The course prepares you for BCA (Certified Architect) competency assessment. The assessment is a hands-on lab session with a trainer. On completion, BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate valid for one year, renewable afterward.
BI.ZONE EDR certification levels
| Level | Who it's for | Status |
|---|---|---|
| BSC — sales | Sales managers and presales | Available |
| BCE — engineer | Deployment in a standard configuration | Available |
| BCA — architect | Complex deployments and integrations | This course |
| BCS — user | SOC analysts and administrators | Fall 2026 |
For managers and presales, there's a separate course: BI.ZONE EDR Sales Specialist.
