How the training works
You complete the materials online through the training portal: long-form articles, video lessons, and dialogue simulations with a customer — walkthroughs of real situations in dialogue format. The course takes about 4 hours. Competency is verified through testing, and BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate valid for one year.
