"BI.ZONE PAM Sales Specialist" is a course at the BSC (Sales Consultant) level for sales managers and presales specialists. In about 4 hours, you'll master BI.ZONE PAM positioning, key privileged access management use cases, and how to prepare a pilot project with a customer. The format is online: text materials, videos, and simulated customer conversations, with no hands-on lab practice.

  3. Use cases. Common scenarios: outsourced administrators, contractors, and controlling internal privileged users.
  4. Handling objections. Frequent customer questions and concerns, practiced through simulated conversations.
  5. Pilot preparation. What's needed from the customer to launch a pilot project, typical timelines, and outcomes.

Format

The course is entirely online and requires no lab environment: text materials on the portal, video walkthroughs of the product, and interactive simulated customer conversations. It takes about 4 hours in total, and you can go through it at your own pace.

BSC certification

The course prepares you for the BSC (Sales Consultant) competency assessment, which takes the form of a test based on the course materials. On completion, BI.ZONE issues an electronic certificate valid for one year, renewable afterward.
